When is Barrel & Flow Fest?

The festival’s main event will be on Saturday, August 10, 2024. Symposiums and a speaker series will be held all day Friday, August 9, 2024 and a Brewer’s Brunch – where attendees can meet some of the festival brewers, artists, and collaborators – will be held on Sunday, August 11, 2024.

Where is the festival?

Barrel & Flow 2024 will be held at The Stacks at 3 Crossings, an open-air plaza along the Allegheny River in the historic Strip District neighborhood of Pittsburgh. This will be our in-person event.

When will tickets be available?

Early bird tickets are on sale now through March 31. Ticket prices will increase April 1 and again on July 1.

Can I bring my kids with me?

This event is family friendly, but only 21+ can enter the brew tents. Every attendee under 21 will be required to wear a red wristband at all times while inside festival grounds. There will be a family tent area with activities for the whole family to enjoy.

What is the Covid-19 policy?

We have instituted the following safety protocols: keeping our attendees at reduced capacity to allow for adequate space to move about without being on top of one another, additional hand washing stations, social distancing signage, and more.

Our policy will continue to be updated per state and local restrictions. We will follow all local and state guidance. You will be required to agree to the following terms and conditions in order to purchase tickets: By purchasing a ticket for this event, you understand and expressly acknowledge that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. In attending this event, you and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19, and waive, release, and discharge the host venue, Drinking Partners, LLC, Barrel & Flow Fest, and all of their affiliates, employees, contractors, staff, and associates from any and all liability under any theory, whether in negligence or otherwise, for any illness or injury.

What is the refund policy?

There will be no refunds unless we here at Barrel & Flow cancel the event, in which case all tickets purchased will be fully refunded. All sales are final in all other instances, however tickets can be given to a friend or family member.
