What is the Covid-19 policy?

We have paid close attention to COVID-19 and related guidance so that we can ensure a safe and enjoyable festival for all in attendance. As a result, we will be requiring that all attendees either provide proof of vaccination or a negative Covid test from within the last 72 hours for entry. This is a requirement for everyone. You will not receive a wristband without providing one of these, and no wristband means no service. Both digital and paper copies of vaccination card or negative test will be accepted.

We have also instituted other safety protocols: keeping our attendees at half capacity to allow for adequate space to move about without being on top of one another, additional hand washing stations, social distancing signage, and more.

Our policy will continue to be updated per state and local restrictions. We will follow all local and state guidance. You will be required to agree to the following terms and conditions in order to purchase tickets: By purchasing a ticket for this event, you understand and expressly acknowledge that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. In attending this event, you and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19, and waive, release, and discharge the host venue SouthSide Works, Drinking Partners, LLC, Barrel & Flow Fest, and all of their affiliates, employees, contractors, staff, and associates from any and all liability under any theory, whether in negligence or otherwise, for any illness or injury.

How can I become a volunteer?

We will be working with Stewards of Beer to create a volunteer team. Links will be updated soon. Check back or email for more information.

What is the refund policy?

There will be no refunds unless we here at Barrel & Flow cancel the event, in which case all tickets purchased will be fully refunded. All sales are final in all other instances, however tickets can be given to a friend or family member.
