Barrel & Flow is one of America’s favorite festivals, as voted by the readers of USA Today, and we strive to be the most welcoming festival as well. We are more than just beer and want to continue to utilize the brewing industry to connect opportunity, accessibility, and artistry in ways that empower the Black community.

This event is family friendly, but only 21+ can enter the brew tents. Every attendee under 21 will be required to wear a red wristband at all times while inside festival grounds. There will be a family tent area with activities for the whole family to enjoy.

Barrel & Flow 2023 will be held at The Stacks at 3 Crossings, an open-air plaza along the Allegheny River in the historic Strip District neighborhood of Pittsburgh. This will be our in-person event.
The festival’s main event will be on Saturday, August 12, 2023. Symposiums and a speaker series will be held all day Friday, August 11, 2023 and a Brewer’s Brunch – where attendees can meet some of the festival brewers, artists, and collaborators – will be held on Sunday, August 13, 2023.
